We want the product, pricing, and provider boundaries to be clear before a studio connects anything important.

Is this the same as the current VOI Studio app?

VOI Studio is the product experience built around the existing studio operations foundation. After signup and onboarding, your team works inside its authenticated studio workspace.

What does the subscription include?

The subscription is for access to the VOI Studio platform and its operational features. Your studio still controls its own payment processor and advertising accounts.

How do Google Ads conversions work?

A studio can connect its own Google Ads account through VOI Studio. The platform is designed to send eligible final purchase conversions back to that account, with the studio deciding how Google uses the conversion action.

Will VOI take over my ad account or payment account?

No. Connections are intended to be studio-authorised and scoped to the provider account the studio chooses. VOI should not ask for a password, and provider credentials remain outside the public marketing site.

Can I change plans later?

Solo and Studio are billed monthly through Paddle and include a 14-day free trial. Owners can manage their subscription through the Paddle customer portal; Enterprise is handled with the VOI team.

Is the pricing final?

Solo is A$49.95 per month. Studio is A$49.95 per month plus A$29.95 per additional active bookable artist per month. The first Studio artist is included in the base price. Both self-serve plans are billed monthly and include a 14-day free trial. Enterprise is custom-priced.
