Platform operator and service

VOI Studio is operated by Mark James Graham, an individual sole trader, ABN 41 244 585 735. The software supports studio bookings, enquiries, client records, communication, payment visibility, reporting and authorised provider connections. Contact admin@voi.studio for platform support.

Your workspace

The workspace owner is responsible for its authorised users, accurate studio information, account security and the data entered into the service. Use only accounts, records and provider connections you have permission to manage. Do not attempt to access another studio's information or misuse the service.

The studio remains responsible for its client relationships, required notices and permissions, and the laws and provider agreements that apply to its operations.

Subscriptions

Available plans, prices, trial periods, renewal and billing terms are shown when choosing a subscription and at checkout. Subscription payments are handled through Paddle. Additional active bookable artists may affect studio pricing as disclosed for the selected plan; admin-only memberships do not create artist seats.

See the subscription cancellation and refund policy for cancellation and refund requests, or contact admin@voi.studio. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Google Ads and other connections

Provider connections require appropriate authority from the studio and remain subject to the provider's terms. The studio selects its Google Ads account and existing purchase-conversion action. VOI Studio verifies the destination before saving it; eligible purchase delivery must also be enabled.

The Google Ads connection reads account and conversion-action settings and sends eligible purchase records using Google's Data Manager service. It does not change campaigns, budgets or bids. Delivery results distinguish submission and processing; they are not a guarantee of ad attribution, campaign performance or revenue.

Disconnecting prevents new authorisations through that connection. Requests already authorised or received by the provider may still finish. Provider-side data and stored delivery history are not automatically deleted by disconnecting.

Availability and support

Service availability and message or conversion delivery can depend on third-party systems. Features may be updated or paused for maintenance, security or provider changes. Studios should review failed or uncertain operations and retain the records they need for their business.

VOI Studio is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate emergency service for urgent assistance.

Privacy

The VOI Studio privacy policy describes platform information handling, Google data use, disconnection and requests for access, correction or deletion. Each studio is responsible for the privacy notices covering its own client services.
