Terms of Service

These terms apply to VOI Studio software subscriptions and to communications and digital services used by Victims Of Ink for studio bookings, client support, appointment reminders, consent requests, and related operational messages.

VOI Studio subscriptions

VOI Studio provides studio-management software for bookings, leads, client records, communication, payment visibility, and reporting. Solo and Studio subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle after the stated free-trial period. Studio pricing includes the base workspace and charges for additional active bookable artists; admin-only login memberships do not create paid artist seats.

The workspace owner is responsible for authorised users, studio information, provider connections, and complying with the laws and agreements that apply to the studio's data and operations. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Studio Communications

By booking with Victims Of Ink, submitting a consent form, providing your contact details, or messaging the studio, you agree that we may contact you about your booking, deposit, payment, consent documents, appointment changes, reminders, aftercare, and direct client support.

SMS and RCS Terms

  • Victims Of Ink may send transactional SMS, MMS, or RCS messages about appointments and client support.
  • Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and interactions with the studio.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You can reply HELP for support where supported, or contact the studio directly.
  • You can reply STOP to opt out of marketing-style messages where applicable.
  • Appointment-related messages may still be sent where needed to deliver a requested service.

No Emergency Use

Messaging channels are not monitored as emergency services. If you need urgent medical, safety, or emergency assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

Accuracy and Availability

We aim to keep appointment and message information accurate, but delivery can depend on third-party networks, carriers, devices, and platforms. We may update, suspend, or change digital services when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, or studio operations.
