VOI Studio workspace and subscription information

When a studio owner creates a VOI Studio workspace, we may collect the owner's account details, studio name, user and artist profiles, workspace settings, subscription state, and information needed to provide support and secure access. Paddle processes subscription checkout and payment details on our behalf. VOI receives the billing references and lifecycle information needed to manage access, but does not store full card details.

Provider connections such as payment, messaging, email, and advertising integrations are authorised by the studio and are intended to remain scoped to that studio's workspace. We use the resulting information to provide the requested integration, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, contact details, booking details, appointment notes, consent form responses, payment references, message history, and any information you choose to provide to our team.

How We Use Information

• To manage bookings, deposits, payments, reminders, check-ins, and studio records.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminder messages, direct replies, consent requests, and service updates.
• To respond to client questions and provide customer support.
• To maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot systems, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

SMS and RCS Messaging Consent

If you provide a mobile number or message us, you consent to receive transactional SMS, MMS, or RCS messages related to your appointments and direct client support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of marketing-style messages where applicable, or contact us for help with communication preferences. Appointment-related messages may still be sent where needed to provide a requested service.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS, MMS, RCS, or text messaging opt-in information or consent data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing Information

We use trusted service providers to operate the studio app, messaging, email, booking, payment, storage, and analytics systems. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or business compliance.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed for studio operations, client service, accounting, legal, insurance, and compliance purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
